Roland Dyens - Tristemusette
Joaquín Malatz - Serenata Española
Annamária Fabián switches just as easily between classical and lighter music. From a tango by Piazzolla it simply turns into a French chanson. In the Edesche Concert Hall she puts the French composer, guitarist and arranger Roland Deyens in the spotlight. Among his jewels are 'Tristemusette' and 'False and Skai'. Annamária also plays atmospheric guitar versions that Dyens made of chansons like 'Hymne à l'amour' by Édith Piaf or Charles Trenet's famous 'Il pleut dans ma chambre'. And of course the Hungarian guitarist is at home in classical work, including 'Serenata Española' by Joaquín Malatz and Astor Piazzolla's 'La muerte del ángel'. Annamária Fábián was born in Hungary. She studied with József Eötvös at the Franz Liszt Music Academy in Budapest, where she was awarded the László Szendrey-Karper Award. During a European Erasmus exchange programme she refined her playing with Ricardo Gallén and Jürgen Rost at the Musikhochschule Franz Liszt in Weimar. She also followed inspiring masterclasses with Zoran Dukic and Aniello Desiderio. Her talent took her to various European countries, including France, Norway, Germany, Slovakia and Italy. Recently she made her Dutch debut with performances in the Guitar Salon and The Concertgebouw. Now she can be heard for the first time in the Edesche Concert Hall From Dyens to Piazzolla
