Ton Koopman now belongs to the éminence grise of early music. As a celebrated organist and harpsichordist he gives concerts all over the world. For both instruments he received the prestigious Prix d'Excellence. As a conductor, Koopman made world fame with his Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra The Edesche Concert Hall has a beautiful romantic organ by L. Ypma from 1882.
